TRAINING - WHAT TO EXPECT

I know when people start a new program - most wonder what to expect during their sessions.  Here is a brief rundown of what you can expect when you arrive.

Your first session will consist of a basic health history review and physical assessment.  We will also discuss goals and limitations to devise the best plan of action to keep you motivated, committed and well into your transformation.

Each client will receive the following:

Private Sessions

A Yoga Mat

Transformation Guide

Study Booklet

Access to the Tranquility Room

Before/During/After Pictures

Personal pictures of yourself doing the postures for reference.

  • The Transformation Guide will break down the basic fundamentals and anatomy of the principals that you will learn with Hypopressives, Low Pressure Fitness.  You can either have a printed copy, a digital version – or both!

  • The Study Booklet contains the poses that you will learn with all the basic principals for you to be able to practice at home.  This also has an accountability record in it for you to keep track of your progress.  We will continue to add to this booklet as you progress through the course.

  • The Tranquility Room (as I fondly call it) is a relaxation room that you can retreat to after your training session.  You will have access to an infrared sauna with included red light therapy and salt bricks to help with detoxification and relaxation.  If needed, there is also a TENS unit as well as an EMS –an Electronic Muscle Stimulator.

We will always start with private training lessons as the program is very technical and it is important to have the proper technique to achieve optimal results.

Your session will consist of the following:

  • 5-10 min warm up and stretching period

  • 20-40 min of instruction on the basic postures and breathing techniques

  • 5-10 min relaxation and cool down period

  • 20-30 min in the Tranquility Room. (If desired)

As with any other personal training, when you are ready, we will progress through more advanced postures and techniques.
